Hi, I’m Lauren. I support parents as they explore how to create the relationship they’d like to cultivate with their child as well as how to make the wider family unit feel more cohesive. Sometimes this can look like family therapy, at other times, just one or two sessions of a parenting consultation designed to focus on how to establish particular rules, boundaries and ways to support the parent and child relationship is all that’s needed.
